I find this song hilarious, in a way. My mom and grandma dragged into a restaurant one day when my anxiety was really bad, and I was having panic attacks and it was just terrible. I remember thinking, “I just want to break that glass and rip out my veins”. Instead, I put on my hooded sweatshirt and took off my glasses. It was in my mind that if I couldn’t see the world, I didn’t exist. Luckily the waiter ignored me, so it was like I had truly disappeared.

I had written pieces of this song a while ago, and then I came up with the rest recently. It’s about my life pretty much. Depression, anxiety, self-abuse and writer’s block. That’s it.
